AKABU's limited time series Maybe it's because I bought it in early March, but the moment I opened the package, the cork came loose, and lo and behold! Feels so alive! Low alcohol content, easy to drink, fruity. If you say strawberry, it has such a sweet taste. Maybe it's the low alcohol content, or maybe it's the lack of sharpness, but I drank half of it before I knew it! I recommend it to anyone who hasn't had much sake!

As the phrase "Brewing a 'unique taste' from the indigenous philosophy of 'Sansho'" suggests, sake? Junmai? Daiginjo? Fresh, gassy, fruity, low al. Tastes good plain and simple!

Ordinary sake? That's what I thought. I thought it would have a gorgeous aroma and be sweet. But it's so refreshing! It's very well made. Best of all, the price is great!

Right out of the bottle, fruity and refreshing! Easy to drink! On the second day, the flavor deepened, and it was good! I would recommend it to people who aren't too fond of sake!

I drank Katsuyama for the first time! It's a typical Japanese sake. It's refreshing and a little spicy. It goes well with richly flavored meals! Maybe.

Today's bottle: Kaze no Mori Yamadanishiki 807 First of all, it's delicious. It's fruity and refreshing. Akitsuho of Kaze no Mori is easy to drink, but Yamada Nishiki 807 is easy to drink even though it feels like sake. The Akitsuho tends to become bland after a few days, but the Yamadanishiki is fun to see how the flavor changes.
