The No. 6 high-end miraculously came to my house. I feel like I can't afford to buy more and more every year... The aroma is citrusy and tangerine-like 🍊 The taste is sweet and fruity like white peaches 🍑. There are orange and muscat nuances, and the characteristic acidity is bursting. Mild and elegant with a voluptuous flavor that is typical of highly polished rice. And yet it is quite light. The one and only sake that is at the forefront of the times! Pairing: Gorgonzola, walnuts, dried figs and a little honey 🍯.

I buy this brand every year. When I drink this, I feel like summer is approaching. The aroma and taste is of ripe pineapple🍍. It's not the same as the Hana-yoku or Kameizumi CEL-24, but a refreshing tropical taste. 🏝️ The bitterness in the aftertaste is a little stronger than last year. I paired it with Huayou's Mapo Tofu. I think it goes well with oily food.
