It is a freshly pressed sake. You will immediately feel the freshness in your mouth. You can feel both the floral and the rice flavor. This brewery is the closest to where my ancestors lived, and I have visited there and purchased sake. I think locally produced sake is delicious, and I would like to support it.

This is an arabashiri barrel sake that has been on sale since 12/2 at a liquor store we often visit. It has a clean, mellow taste with a light ginjo sensation as it passes down the throat. It has a light ginjo taste as it passes down the throat. The barrel-feel is only lightly noticeable on the first sip, but it is not too strong and is just right.

Since I was initially drinking a light, refreshing sake, I got the impression of a mellow but gutsy type of sake. At first I had it cold, but as it approached room temperature, it became more mellow and mellow with a sense of rice. Unfortunately, I finished it before enjoying heated sake.

It is an old Daiginjo sake. The alcohol content is a little high at 17%. We first had it cold. The aroma is mellow, but the mouthfeel is quite dry, and the high alcohol content can be felt. The shape of the bottle is unique compared to a regular four-part bottle, and it makes a very nice sound when pouring it into a cup.

Chokaisan natural water. It says that 100% Miyamanishiki produced by the Tenju Sake Rice Research Association is used. The texture is light and sweet on the tongue, but then you taste the mellow and soft flavor of daiginjo. I have never seen Chokaisan, but I felt that this sake was made with clean water. Thank you for the treat.

A relative sent this to me from a trip to Akita. As the name suggests, it has a light sweetness and a mellow aroma, but it also has a light sharpness to it that goes down the throat. I had it with oden today 🍢, but I felt the dark blue seeds went better with this sake. Thank you very much for the sake.

We first had it lightly chilled. It has a light sweetness and a light mellowness, and goes well with the musuko (fish roe). I think that in November, it is better to drink cold or lukewarm sake than cold sake.

It is crisp and dry. Rather than a mellow aroma, it has a slight umami and clean taste, and the feeling of alcohol in the nose after drinking is fresh. It is fresh and clean. Chokaisan subterranean water may also have an influence. Chokaisan natural water, there is no reason why it should not be delicious.

It is a junmai-shu limited to Niigata Prefecture. It is served cold at first, but as it gets closer to room temperature, the taste of rice starts to come through. The initial crispness and umami in the mouth make it a good sake for sashimi and fried food.

This Junmai Daiginjo was given to me by a relative. As a sake to be served with a meal, it has no peculiarities at all, yet it is more than enough in terms of flavor, so be careful not to drink too much, but it is still delicious. Thank you very much.

It is 2018BY, which means it is a slightly aged sake. The owner recommended heating the sake, so we had it warmed up since the temperature was low today. In the mouth, you can feel the subtle sweetness of the foraged rice and the sharpness at the same time.

It has a mellow aroma that hits the palate and nose, but is crisp on the throat. It is a Niigata sake, but from Itoigawa City, not the Uonuma or Nagaoka areas where we often drink sake. I had it cold, but the flavor comes out a little more when it gets a little closer to room temperature.

Purchased at my favorite liquor store in Kuritaya for the first time in a while. I knew it would be hiyaoroshi at this time of year. It tastes more full-bodied than clean, but when it hits your tongue, you first taste the spiciness, followed by the sweetness. Recently, I have been enjoying sake in four-pack bottles that I received as gifts, but it has been a long time since I have had a bottle of sake in one-pack, so I am very happy to be able to enjoy a lot of sake.

It is a sake, but the alcohol content is 19%, and as stated on the tag, it was aged in whiskey barrels, so the aroma is lightly whiskey-like, and the mouthfeel is both sake and whiskey at the same time. I had it on the rocks, and it went well with both Japanese and Western drinks.

It is brewed with a stable supply of famous water. The clean taste is typical of a light, dry sake. It has a clean, clean, dry taste and is suitable for both Japanese and Western palates. This time it was a gift, so it was a 4-gou bottle, but I would like to drink it in a 1-sho bottle.

It is very tasty with a light sweetness and a gorgeous mellow aroma. I really wanted to drink it with Japanese sashimi, but my wife prefers Italian-style snacks, so I'm not sure if it would be a good match or not. Tomorrow, we will enjoy it with sashimi from our favorite fresh fish restaurant.

It is a crisp summer sake made with Yamada-Nishiki, and since it is late August, it is the last summer sake. 14 degrees Celsius makes it a little light, but it is delicious. I think it goes well with Japanese and Western food as well as any other snacks. The bottle is beautiful and I enjoyed the last of summer.
