Washin Junmai Asahi Rice ~~~~~~~~ Rice: 100% Asahi rice produced in Okayama Prefecture Grade: 65 Temperature: 17-18 degrees 1800ml ~~~~~~~~ On the first day, it is sweet and relatively refreshing. After a day, it becomes dry and tasty and goes well with meals. It is my favorite, but I can't find it often. In Tokyo, Surugaya in Tsukishima.

Sanpo Yoshi Junmai Ginjo ~~~~~~~~ Rice: Shiga Tobune Rokugo 75    25% Yamada Nishiki Rice type: Shiga Watabe Rokugo 60    50% Yamadanishiki Temperature: 16 degrees 720ml ~~~~~~~~ It has a nice aroma and a refreshing taste like water. After a day of drinking, it becomes more delicious and goes well with meals. As the name suggests, it is a well balanced sake.

Junmai Regular class ~~~~~~~~ Rice: 100% Nanatsuboshi Bungo: 65 Temperature: 15 degrees 720ml ~~~~~~~~ Easy to drink sake with a good balance of flavor and tanginess. It goes very well with meals. I was curious because it looks like they moved the brewery from Gifu to Hokkaido!

A Kagoshima prefecture's Tomino-Hozan(a shochu liqueur) made a new sake. It is the sake which they made, and they were interested in it. ~~~~~~~~ Rice : 100% domestic rice Rice color: 50%. Degree: 15 degrees 720ml ~~~~~~~~ The sweetness of this sake is rich, but not overpowering. Easy to drink I want to buy it when I find it again.
