I bought a small bottle and thought it was made in Tokyo, but it was made in Nagano. It is said to be made from rice grown in Hachioji💦. The taste was refreshing and the flavor came out slowly. I enjoyed it while snacking on something, and it was gone in a flash.

It's also important to have a sharpness that doesn't leave an aftertaste. Even when the temperature rises, the flavor does not become peculiar, which is as expected.
