Considering100% Manamusume from Miyagi Prefecture, Polishing ratio:55 A big business meeting came together in Shiogama and I celebrated by myself with Shiogama sake. The sake is dry and refreshing and helps to wash away the fat from the plentiful Sanma sashimi. It's delicious. It's the end of Mambo. The signs for the restaurants are lit up, and the whole town feels a little brighter again.

🌾Domestic rice, Polishing ratio: 65%, Alcohol: 15%. I drank this bottle at the hotel where I stayed. It is very refreshing and can be enjoyed with western food. I am convinced that it is from the same brewery as the Chokyu I drank yesterday.

It is a perfect match for all of these dishes. It is refreshing to drink, but you can feel the flavor. The sharpness is also good.

100% Kaizen Shinko from Kawabe, Akita City, Makuuchi, Japan, Polishing ratio: 40%. This is a bottle that has been sitting in the back of my stocker. I was planning to open it on a special day, but that day never came. I opened it with my regular evening drink. lol Citrus aroma and sourness. It has a refreshing aftertaste with a hint of bitterness.

Ponshukan Craftsmanship(Niigata City, Japan 🌾Not disclosed This is the first release in 6 years. It is a dry sake which is rare for Murasuke brand. This was delicious, but if you choose Murasuke, you will want to enjoy the elegant sweetness.

2020.10.30 Togarashi (Sendai City) 🌾Miyama Nishiki from Kurihara Ichisama-Tai, Miyagi Prefecture, 55% rice polishing ratio I came back to Sendai for the first time in five years due to a job transfer. You can stop in after work and have a quick drink with a set of drinks for dinner before going home. It's very useful. But I always end up drinking more than the set, because it's not enough. (Laughs) Tonight's extra order was the "Kawaguchi Natto". I knew the name, but this is the first time I've actually had it in my mouth. I learned from the label that this is a sake made by the Kanenoi brewery that brews Wataya. The name was chosen because they use rice grown in the Kawaguchi Natto rice field near the brewery. I enjoyed it.

2020.08.01 Tsubameya (Izumo City) 🌾Domestic rice (Improved Omachi), rice polishing ratio: 60%. The last drink of the day. This one is also solid and delicious. Unpredictably, the hotel I stayed at gave me a coupon gift and I ended up drinking more than usual. Tsubameya, where we were taken care of, had a great selection of sake and all the food was delicious.
