A big business meeting came together in Shiogama and I celebrated by myself with Shiogama sake. The sake is dry and refreshing and helps to wash away the fat from the plentiful Sanma sashimi. It's delicious.
It's the end of Mambo. The signs for the restaurants are lit up, and the whole town feels a little brighter again.
