Maybe it's the convenience of the liquor store that I like, but Oze no Yukidoke seems to have a strong sense of anticipation for the season, whether it's summer sake or hiyaoroshi. It seems to be the first in line.
It is very soft on the palate and has a pear-like ginjo aroma. It has a sweet aftertaste and lingers in the mouth. As the label says, it seems to go well with the taste of autumn. It will go well with sauteed mushrooms and simmered dishes rather than sashimi.
