It is a wonderful sake wrapped in Japanese paper while pretending to be a honjozo. It is soft and full in the mouth. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma when it contains air. It has a lot of room to breathe. It is much better than a bad daiginjo, which is just a temporary form of honjozo.
