The top note at the time of opening the bottle was a pungent, inorganic flavor, but when it was allowed to air, it had a banana-like fruitiness. It has a mild but mellow flavor with depth when tasted well. It is beautiful and the sweet flavor disappears smoothly in the mouth. It's a fine wine with deep flavor.
