My first impression was "It's so sweet! was my first impression. It was called "apple acidity", so it had an apple taste, but this taste was the same as white wine with strong acidity. It would be a perfect white wine if it had a mineral taste, but that's rice. It is soft and plump and expansive in the back. It may not be fizzy, but I discovered that you can feel the fizziness even with the acidity. I felt the same sensation as a chilled white wine.
