Medium dry with a refreshing full-bodied flavor
Nihonmatsujyo is a little different from the usual Daishichi Namikoshi.
The brewer was at the Nihonbashi Takashimaya Department Store last week and we bought it directly from him. The claim was that it could only be bought in Fukushima.
It is a Daishichi, so you can't go wrong with it. It is "medium dry with a refreshing full-bodied taste" as the claim says. ☆☆☆☆
Delicious 😋😋😋😋
Echigo Tsurukame Hiyoshi Oroshi Junmai Aged Sake
Throughout the series, the theme is "light and modern taste". It has a soft and elegant touch at first, followed later by a sweet and sour muscat-like aroma that lingers for a long time. Pour a generous amount into a glass and enjoy the changes in flavor as the temperature changes.

Slightly effervescent, Sake Champagne ❣️.
Slightly dry, super easy to drink, can be served with Japanese and Western food of any kind.

I can't read "Ubusuna".
Sake from Ibaraki Prefecture recommended by an acquaintance at a home drinking party.
The label suggested wine, and it tasted like Japanese wine.
It was a fruity, crisp, and easy-to-drink sake.
I bought it based on my memory of drinking it 10 years ago. I thought it was dry, but it was fruity and unexpectedly a little sweet. Memory is unreliable⁉️.
In the old days, it was called "second-class sake" 720ml=780Yen
The label reads
Ichinozakura Unaudited/Honjozo/Super Dry
It is you yourself who really appraise it, etc.
Provocative, tasty = cosmetics!
