It was supposed to be drunk at the end of the year, but it has been aged for two months.
The claim is that it has been matured in a low-temperature cellar at the brewery until this season when the weather gets colder. It is characterized by a full aroma, mellowness and deep flavor.
Hot sake, it smelled a little of alcohol, but it was dry and delicious. ★★★★
