We drank Masumi Sanka Junmai Daiginjo to go with our Hakata Zoni (Hakata Zoni with many ingredients: bonito flakes, yellowtail, chicken, bamboo shoots, kamaboko, shiitake mushroom, carrot, baked tofu, round rice cake, sago soup). It was refreshing and clean and the best friend 🌟🌟⭐️🌟🤩.

Sake from Noto, Hokuriku! Manufactured in July 2023. Not sure if the brewery is still producing it this year due to the earthquake and flooding in Noto. It is rich and easy to drink. When I was in Matsumoto the other day, a volunteer at Matsumoto Castle tourist information told me about Daisetsukei. He said it is the best local sake 🍶 and can be served every day from cold to hot ⭐️★★. I immediately drank it cold and found it to be a super easy-drinking, non-habit-forming sake. ❤️❤️❤️
