When I was in Matsumoto the other day, a volunteer at Matsumoto Castle tourist information told me about Daisetsukei. He said it is the best local sake 🍶 and can be served every day from cold to hot ⭐️★★. I immediately drank it cold and found it to be a super easy-drinking, non-habit-forming sake. ❤️❤️❤️

The second GW event! This Junmai Ginjo is carefully brewed using all Takananishiki, a fantastic sake rice produced in 2020 and grown under special contract in Minami-Shinshu, and pressed during the coldest part of the year, the "Daichan" season. It is bottled as it is freshly pressed and has a rich aroma unique to new sake. Please enjoy this seasonal nama-zake with its daily changes in flavor. Slightly effervescent? Good aroma, good taste. 👍👍👍👍

Sake from Yamagata. It was on sale at the Nihombashi Takashimaya Department Store. My wife and I drank a lot of it and got it. When we drank it at home, we found that it was very dry and very fruity. ❣️
