The new sake unveiling in November 2023 "Sasaiichi Sake Brewery Co.
It was my first time to drink Yamanashi sake, and it was indeed a mellow and flavorful sake made with natural water from Mt.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨
It got cold. It was recommended at the store as a sake that can be drunk hot. It was a little dry and had a hint of sweetness after drinking. It was the first sake from Saga prefecture in Kyushu. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Wagura an Assemblage is a special limited edition ginjo-shu blended and bottled from four of our best sake brewing methods.
This year's ab is characterized by an elegant fruity aroma like white peaches and a soft, full flavor due to its aging. The blend of daiginjo gives it a pleasant aftertaste that will make you want to drink more.
Please enjoy it crisp and chilled.
🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️ was like wine!
This sake was given to me by an acquaintance in Kyushu.
It looks like a noble wine in color, but the taste is junmai ginjo.
The bottom power of sake. It has a star ⭐️4.
The second GW event!
This Junmai Ginjo is carefully brewed using all Takananishiki, a fantastic sake rice produced in 2020 and grown under special contract in Minami-Shinshu, and pressed during the coldest part of the year, the "Daichan" season.
It is bottled as it is freshly pressed and has a rich aroma unique to new sake.
Please enjoy this seasonal nama-zake with its daily changes in flavor.
Slightly effervescent? Good aroma, good taste. 👍👍👍👍
Sake from Yamagata. It was on sale at the Nihombashi Takashimaya Department Store. My wife and I drank a lot of it and got it.
When we drank it at home, we found that it was very dry and very fruity. ❣️
Junmai Ginjyo Sarukura no Izumi
Sarukura-no-Izumi, one of the 100 best springs in Japan, is used as the brewing water, and all rice is made from Miyamanishiki rice produced in Nagano Prefecture and polished to 55% by the company.
This sake is fermented slowly at low temperature in Shinshu during the coldest season, and has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a refreshing taste.
Long tome, I bought it at a tasting sale at Mitsukoshi in Nihonbashi.
Warmed, clear and dry, it was delicious. ★★★★
The claim is
A sake with a deep, rich flavor made using the traditional Yamahai brewing method.
It can be enjoyed cold or warmed, depending on your preference.
On Friday, February 2, an energetic woman was tasting and selling the sake at the Niigata Station Ponshukan. She was boiling water on the stove and drinking it super hot, and she said it tasted so good that I bought it. Today I'm drinking it super hot, and it's delicious... 🍶🍶🍶🍶
It was supposed to be drunk at the end of the year, but it has been aged for two months.
The claim is that it has been matured in a low-temperature cellar at the brewery until this season when the weather gets colder. It is characterized by a full aroma, mellowness and deep flavor.
Hot sake, it smelled a little of alcohol, but it was dry and delicious. ★★★★
