I got a Ryoseki trial set last night at Sato Yosuke (Ginza). Tonight, for some reason, I had Ryoseki "Setsugetsuka" Junmai Daiginjo, which I bought in January, as an accompaniment to kimchi nabe, which was delicious and refreshing in the mouth. 😋😋😋😋
