At night at the hotel, we had Abeno Vega from the direct sales shop. Sanmee, which is typical of Abeno, is delicious! I thought it would be better with a meal, but I was too full. It was a little far from the hotel, I like Abe, so I decided to go to Abe Sake Brewery during the daytime. We went to Abe Sake Brewery during the daytime. It is both a sake brewery and a direct sales place, It's a very stylish building! My husband had the Obon limited edition? My husband drank the Bon Festival limited edition? I had a craft cola made at the brewery. (I was envious of the sake comparison, but my wife was kind enough to offer to be the handle keeper since she had to drive me around a lot before that 🥺 lol). We had it in a stylish restaurant! The cola was spicy and delicious 😋! If you have a chance to visit, please do!

At a pub near Niigata station 🐟️ It was just the day of the fireworks festival and there were many people in yukata at the station 🎆. Baton next door seems to be a joint production of 3 breweries! It was clean and easy to drink! Kame-no-Oh! Kame no Ou is a well-known brewery for Natsuko's sake! It was sweet for a moment when I drank it, But it was so instantaneous, and just as I was about to say "Ahhh...", the light dryness came in to cut through the sweetness and made it seem like it was never sweet at all! Niigata is so cool! I usually drink sweet sake, so this is interesting 😄.

Ponshukan (3), which I have longed to visit. What the heck, I like Takachiyo too, so I seized it at Takachiyo Sake Brewery 🙂. Takachiyo prefecture limited edition purple! When they say "limited edition", you just know I'm going to drink it! It's refreshing and very easy to drink! No weight, as expected! Takachu M I heard it's a regional limited edition. I heard it's a limited edition, but hey (persistent laugh)! Sweet! Yum! Delicious! This was my favorite. By the way, the next day I was passing by and stopped by Takachiyo Sake Brewery. They didn't have anything for sale or anything. I thanked them for always having delicious sake ✨ lol

Ponshukan (2), which I adored. A series of sips my husband drank N888 First time I drank it. It's so lai chi! Ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma. Gokujo Yoshinogawa It's rated 4☆ dry, but it's not so sharp and sharp, it's more like sweetness or umami. Maki-ki This is the one I learned about at the off-line meeting in Fukuoka just the day before. For my husband who loves Takachiyo, I was just bragging to my husband, who loves Takachiyo, about how delicious it was when I showed him a picture of it 😂. I'm going to try it for a while! 😂 And I'm currently on a trip to Niigata: ✈️ Yesterday I went to Ponshu-kan at Echigo Yuzawa station! I've always wanted to go there 😍! I was so excited to see so many different kinds 😆. I've never had a bottle of it before, but I've had a lot of them. I've never had this before, but I'm going to try a familiar one first! It's sweet but has a nice sharp taste! Ayu Masamune I've never had it before, so I'll give it a try! I like ayu (sweetfish). It has a sour taste just like it says "pear" on the bottle, but it's not so sweet. Not so sweet and easy to drink.

The one in the Tasake can! 🥫. It's about 950 yen for 180ml? It's quite expensive for common people, but I really wanted to try it, so I bought it ♥. Tasake has always been delicious, More than the usual Tazake Amami and Umami are more intense than usual Tasake. And yet, it was not at all cloying. How delicious! We drank it at a campsite, so I can't deny that it may have tasted better than usual I can't deny that the outdoor correction may have made it taste better than normal, but lol, It felt like a fine drink ✨. It's just what you need when you want a little bit of a good drink 😃.

It's a little expensive, But when I find it, I always buy it. Shinsei's Color Series Amamy come a little Then came Sanmee Then comes Niimasa's typical woody fragrance And then quietly comes the nigami, All of them come at a level that I don't mind. I can't describe it well, It's well-balanced, as expected of Shinsei! It's great! On the third day, things were a bit more relaxed. I was satisfied with that.

Both my husband and I Pears are one of the top three fruits in the world. When I told this at work I was told that pears don't have such a high status I was told that pears don't have that high of a status 🍐. Seriously? I thought they were definitely the type to be on the podium! I'm such a pear lover. I was so excited to drink this one, though, Well... it's not that it's not tasty, it's just that it's too acidic and you can't really taste the pear. The acidity is too strong and I don't really feel the pear taste. I don't know if my tongue is stupid or not, but it was judged to taste like apple lol.

Abe Sake Brewery is also on the west side of Niigata. They had tens of millions of damages from the earthquake 😖. (I saw something about the bad timing as they were in the middle of their New Year's Eve and New Year's cleaning, removing ropes and such 💦) I wish everyone affected by the disaster a speedy recovery 🙇🙇🙇🙇. This is Umami, Amami and Sanmi. Dashing in and out. It's like a zap that disappears. Umami and no aftertaste, it is delicious like abe! The second day after opening the bottle, it mellows out a little, The umami, sweetness and sourness It was like a walk, not a dash! LOL!

I saw Gula's post. I was so envious of how cute she was so I went to Itoshima to buy one 😂😂. I went to Itoshima to buy some 😂😂. And brought it to the oyster hut on that leg 😁. I drank it before. It's in the same family as the Buraan that I drank before, but it's a mellow line. I think it was more mellow than BURA-ON. I have the impression that the sweetness of this one is more pronounced. Both of them are still mellow! I think oysters can be served with a little more dryness or acidity. or a more acidic one might be better for oysters, though, But since it's a good oyster (oyster 🦪) and a good sake (Nakanori-san), it was totally delicious 😆✨✨✨. (Vocabulary! LOL) The white creature on the label was an antelope! The owner of the sake store likes red pandas and he has them drawn 😲. I was wondering what I would have him draw if I were him 🤣.

drinking out of the past Chinese Zodiac Label Drinking Comparison 🐲. Cute labels lovers 🤤. Takachiyo and Ni-Utsu-chan were both delicious. Of course they were delicious, but the cuteness of the labels & the deliciousness of the drinks were what made them so special, but the cutest and tastiest label was the Sentori. Sentori UA Dragon, which was the best in my opinion for its cute label & delicious taste. Check in 👻. I drank it and it was so melon! I'm not good at tasting melon, but even I can understand it! The taste was sweet and delicious with a nice kick ✨! I haven't had this year's Snowman, but I think I like it better than the Snowman. But I think I like it better than the Snowman. The label is cute! By the way, my husband thought the 🐰VS🐲 label of the two hares was the winner because it was cooler.

Sake at the end of year camp 😃. From left Entry number 1 KAWABU Some people drink it with soda because it's sweet (!?) said the old man at the sake shop, It's not that sweet, so you don't have to drink it with soda at all! If anything, the aftertaste is refreshing. It tastes like oranges on the palate. 2 Miyakanme Fukufuku-chan Amazing cost performance for a 29% polished rice! I love the label! It has a nice sweetness of Miyakanume with a refreshing aftertaste! 3 Hanayu Aizan I didn't have time to open a bottle at home. I had to go out for a visit 😂. HANA-UUP is originally a sweet drinker! Aizan, so the sweetness and flavor was increased! It's so sweet and delicious! 4 something from Yama no Kotobuki! LOL! I forgot to take the back of the label etc. so I don't have any info 🤣. My friend brought it to me, It was refreshing and delicious ✨. I've never been to Aburayama campground before. I was so glad that it was in the city and the night view was beautiful!

What a frightening label and I personally think that YAMINARI AKIMIZU 😂. It's sweet! I have the impression that it's more refreshing than sweet. It has a lot of sour and tangy taste, but it's not spicy at all I guess it has its own sweetness because it's not spicy at all😃. It's well-balanced and delicious! We often have nabe soup in winter We've had enough of the nabe tsuyu from the supermarket 😂. I've been buying nabe tsuyu from Cardi a lot lately. The refreshing citrus nabe we had yesterday and I had a refreshing citrus nabe yesterday and this refreshing Yami Naru It was a super nice match 👍(like the old Harumi Ed 🤣🤣)!

My husband bought this when he went on a business trip to Miyazaki. It's a sake from Tochigi (what the heck 😂😂) I'm pretty sure I've never seen it sold near me 🤔. Probably my first time drinking it! I've never heard of it so I wasn't expecting much. I wasn't expecting much at all It's so good 😲! My husband, who loves fruity drinks, seemed to be really into it and drank a lot of it 😂. There are so many good sake in Tochigi! Yumesasara is also a cute name for sake rice 😻
