It's in the same family as the Buraan that I drank before, but it's a mellow line.
I think it was more mellow than BURA-ON.
I have the impression that the sweetness of this one is more pronounced.
Both of them are still mellow!
I think oysters can be served with a little more dryness or acidity.
or a more acidic one might be better for oysters, though,
But since it's a good oyster (oyster 🦪) and a good sake (Nakanori-san), it was totally delicious 😆✨✨✨.
