It tastes like sake, but is easy to drink and refreshing. It is a good sake for a mealtime drink.
I had it cold.
It is also good to drink it on a trip with a cup.
New packaged sake.
This time it's Maru's silver pack.
I drank it cold as recommended.
It is refreshing and easy to drink, but not as fruity as Kiku-Masamune's silver pack.
It's not bad, but not particularly impressive.
Packaged sake new development.
Subaru from Shochiku Ume. Slightly sweet but fruity and delicious as indicated. Melon-like aroma.
I had it in a wine glass 😋.
A souvenir from a business trip to Kochi.
It is fruity and not like Kochi sake.
I didn't know there was such a thing. It is delicious!
A glass of wine seems to go well with it.
A fruit wine produced by Tatenogawa Shuzo.
It has a grape aroma and bitter taste.
The recommended way to drink it is with soda, but I like it on the rocks.
As advertised, it is refreshing, fruity and delicious! I think I prefer this to the freshly squeezed kinpak.
It tastes better than the inferior brands and is more cost-effective, so I'll use it for everyday use.
Makgeolli made by Tatenokawa Shuzo.
Recently(?) I see that Tate-no-kawa Brewery has recently(?) been producing a variety of different kinds of makgeolli.
It was easy to drink with an elegant sweetness and acidity while having a strong rice flavor. It was delicious.
I got hooked on packaged sake with Shiboritate Ginrich, and this is good too.
The sharpness is the same as GINRICH, but this one is more fruity.
The price is too good for this taste and quantity.
I'm sure I'll be back for more.
I found a cup of sake fin sake at the supermarket and bought it.
The sake was just average, but the aroma of tiger globefish fins was good. I tried it with a little bit of salt added to taste, and it was good too.
This packaged sake was on sale at a discount due to a product changeover at the supermarket, so I repeated it.
It tastes great chilled this season. It is thick and tastes like makgeolli.
New packaged sake development. Continuing from the other day, Kozutsuru. Comparison.
First, it was served cold. It was more crisp than the previous Kozutsuru Yamahai. It seems to be recommended to be heated, so I would like to try that as well.
I also tried it hot.
It's true that this one has more aroma, but I prefer it cold because I can feel the lactic fermentation. (I prefer it cold rather than hot).
