As a sake lover, a friend of mine in Yamaguchi sent me a highly recommended sake, Choyo Fukusume. It was the first time I had it, and after taking a sip, I found it to be delicious ❗️. I highly recommend it. It has a refreshing, yet tasty, acidity and a slight effervescence, just the way I like it. It is one of my favorites from Yamaguchi prefecture, and I like Amami, Omine, and Toyo Bijin. Thanks to my acquaintance.

It has been a while since I had Sawaya Matsumoto. I especially love Moribashiri, including the naming. It has a clean, dry, and refreshing mouthfeel. It was like champagne, and I found myself with half a bottle. Watch out, watch out. I have to save my enjoyment.

Dinner was a hot pot, so we had Ni-Hare. I took a sip and roared, "It's delicious! I roared. It has umami, acidity, and a mellow taste. And yet, it is not too bitter and has a refreshing feeling. I am not sure what I am talking about, but whatever it is, it is a delicious sake.

This one is good👍. Hinomaru Brewery's flagship is Mansaku no Hana, but this sake is also quite good! This sake has a perfect balance of dryness and rice flavor. It is a fine selection, so I guess it is a honjozo. It is cost-effective and ideal for daily drinking. It is comparable to Seisen. For now, it is the best sake in terms of cost performance.

Tonight is oden, and I enjoyed it with my favorite drink, Kido. Personally, I like junmai sake. It has a full-bodied rice flavor. It is like a full-bodied wine. It was so delicious that it was hard to hold back the drink.

Tonight we were going to have Japanese food, but we did not have any sake to go with it. I went to a local liquor store and found a good bottle of sake, so I immediately bought it and enjoyed it with konnyaku dengaku (grilled konnyaku with miso paste). It was my first time to drink it, and it was quite ordinary. It is not as good as Hakkaisan, but I thought it was good for everyday drinking.

My favorite junmai sake. It is not sweet and is suitable as a food sake. I had it with grilled hokke (hokke) and it had a robust flavor that was not overpowered by the fatty taste. Delicious!
