This Yokoyama Goju is hard to find, so I kept it cold and warm since I bought it.
It has a slightly effervescent and dry taste, and goes down a treat. It was so good that I drank a little too much, even though it was the beginning of the week.
It is a Kyushu sake, but I love it.

This is the first time I drank a bottle that I received.
It was the first time I tasted it, and I had the impression that it was both refreshing and profound. I thought it was a good sake to enjoy slowly after dinner.
Osaka's sake is usually known as Kurehaaru, but this sake was also quite good.

I thought it smelled like spring, and the label said "Haru no Kaorufu" (spring breeze). It was just as the name implied.

Today was the Dolls' Festival.
Since it was a Japanese meal, we had a bottle from the Furusato series.
As the claim from Umakara says, it is dry and refreshing, but you can feel the deliciousness beyond the dryness.
I thought that if you lower the level of dryness, it would become Junmai Manzakusu.
Hinomaru has nothing to offer.

I loved the mansaku flowers and hometown. One of the bottles sent to me was a series I had never seen before. It was like an upgrade from honjozo to ginjo, clear and dry, excellent👍.
It is a nice sake that goes well with meals.

It was very cold today, so it was shabu-shabu.
It was the first time for me to drink this sake, which was a gift, but its clear and dry flavor matched the fatty meat and made it a good match.

This is the second "Wakamusume", a gift from an acquaintance in Yamaguchi.
The previous Choyo Fukumusume was delicious, but this one tasted even more elegant with a touch of sizzle.
It has a fresh and gorgeous green apple-like aroma and a clean taste....
It certainly had a green apple-like aroma and a refreshing taste. I couldn't feel the wildness of Omachi because I have a stupid tongue, but it was definitely delicious.
Another one of my favorite Yamaguchi sakes has been added to my list. ☺️

Tonight is nabe.
Speaking of nabe and sake, we had a bottle of Mansaku no Hana (flower of mansaku). It was my first time drinking sake, but since Hinomaru was so good, I had high expectations.
I took a sip and found it to be delicious.
It was refreshing, but at the same time had a delicious flavor.
My taste buds were locked on to it.
One more sake to my liking 🍶.

The second bottle this year is a Kutouryuu Doroguchi from the Kuroryu Shuzo brewery. I have had Kuroryu Doroguchi before, but this was my first time drinking Kutouryuu.
It was full of flavor and sweeter than Kuroryu.
It was more like an after-dinner drink than a mid-dinner drink.
It is easy to drink, so be careful not to drink too much.

Happy New Year!
We started the New Year with Tanaka Rokugo by Shiraito Shuzo.
We drink the popular "Nama" every year, which is only available at this time of year, and we managed to get some this year as well.
I like the fact that it is a little leesy and slightly fizzy. Mmmm, delicious.
I would like to spend another year drinking a variety of sake to enrich my life.

My favorite sake in Fukushima is Sharaku, but this was my first time drinking Eikawa.
It was refreshing but not dry, and I thought it was a good sake for a meal.
Junmai sake is delicious and I like it.

As a sake lover, a friend of mine in Yamaguchi sent me a highly recommended sake, Choyo Fukusume.
It was the first time I had it, and after taking a sip, I found it to be delicious ❗️. I highly recommend it.
It has a refreshing, yet tasty, acidity and a slight effervescence, just the way I like it.
It is one of my favorites from Yamaguchi prefecture, and I like Amami, Omine, and Toyo Bijin.

It has been a while since I had Sawaya Matsumoto.
I especially love Moribashiri, including the naming.
It has a clean, dry, and refreshing mouthfeel. It was like champagne, and I found myself with half a bottle.

Dinner was a hot pot, so we had Ni-Hare.
I took a sip and roared, "It's delicious! I roared.
It has umami, acidity, and a mellow taste. And yet, it is not too bitter and has a refreshing feeling. I am not sure what I am talking about, but whatever it is, it is a delicious sake.

Hinomaru Brewery's flagship is Mansaku no Hana, but this sake is also quite good!
This sake has a perfect balance of dryness and rice flavor.
It is a fine selection, so I guess it is a honjozo.
It is cost-effective and ideal for daily drinking. It is comparable to Seisen.
For now, it is the best sake in terms of cost performance.
