My favorite junmai sake.
It is not sweet and is suitable as a food sake.
I had it with grilled hokke (hokke) and it had a robust flavor that was not overpowered by the fatty taste. Delicious!

This is also my first time drinking it. It is my favorite Junmai sake.
It was refreshing and easy to drink.
I thought it would go well with Japanese food such as slightly fatty fish.

First drink.
Despite being a special pure sake, the first sip was sweet and personally felt like a dessert sake.
However, it tasted quite nice when paired with a spicy dish (mapo tofu).
Not sure if that is a good thing or not 🙏.

The sake is named after the flint that saved the life of Yamato Takeru.

My favorite Tatenogawa.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but with a clean, crisp taste. As the name suggests, it surpasses sake lovers. Mmmm. Delicious.
