I didn't know there were other sake rice like Tochigi Sake 14 and Hyogo Sake 85. The leftmost one is not the same, very different, very sweet! Is it a sake yeast yeast yeast? I've never encountered such sweetness. But the complex acidity is indeed impressive!

100% Yume Sasara produced in Tochigi Prefecture It is said that the first head of the family, who was visiting Fushimi, Kyoto, saw a hawk flying high in the sky in a dream, and this was considered a good omen, hence the name "Ten-Taka" (meaning "sky hawk"). It is a very rich jun-daigin. It's so rich, it almost gets down your throat. Aroma of soybean and sugarcane. It is sweet.

The name "Soyo" is said to be derived from the character "Sou", which has been inherited by the head of the family for generations. Incidentally, the current head of the family has not assumed the name. It is said to be dry, but it is not. You can feel the spiciness when you swallow it. But it is rather sweet. There is a hint of cherries in the aroma. The liquid is clear, with two or three clear legs. This is the 618th one-cup, one-pack festival.

I don't feel the topical aroma so much because my nose is stuffed up...? It's quite a dry sake, but the sweetness mellows it out a bit, so it's not too much.

The name comes from the "raised horse ritual" held at Tado-taisha shrine. The aroma is of blue mandarin oranges and cemedine. The attack is spicy-sweet, and the spiciness prevails, so you can't really gobble it down, but it's a very good sake to savor while sipping it quietly. (I'm writing this while writing my impressions, so I'm not feeling very relaxed. The liquid is almost colorless with a slight yellowish tinge. Legs are not visible at all. Hosokawa Brewery also focuses on local beer, which is said to be "Kamiuma" without "ge", I will drink it someday. This is the 617th one-cup, one-pack festival.

The rightmost one ... Huh? Remember! They're all the same, you said it was written on the back, this one is a daiginzô! It's so fragrant, what a great ginjo aroma! The daiginjo was the sweetest. I wonder if So-no-Sato is sweeter in general?

The one in the middle .... It doesn't change! Why is that? Didn't I tell you earlier? I said it's written on the back. It's ginjo, and it's called hanamoe. This one is also available at ....... It's not very sweet, but it has a nice acidity and spiciness hidden inside! But the acidity and spiciness that lurks inside are good.

I suggested soda as a way to drink "Himezen," but I serve it myself. It doesn't have the bitterness of added carbonation, but it is a sweet and sour Irohasu soda that somehow makes you feel intoxicated after drinking ...... because of its low alcohol content.

The aroma of koji, the natural flavor and acidity produced by the brewer's yeast and yeast yeast yeast, and the thick, clear, mildly cloudy sake with no bitterness or unpleasant taste. 160ml of this sake was gone in a matter of minutes. It was gone in the blink of an eye.

>Mr. Nemuchi. This series is sold as a set of 6 bottles as "Niida Heroes", though I bought them individually. When I first bought it, I thought it was going to be a "one-cup" drink, but it looked like a milk bottle sold at a public bath ....... I didn't include it in the "one-cup" group because it looked like a milk bottle sold at a public bath ......, which is a bit too small to be a cup of sake.

Highly recommended by the waiter. This may be the first hiya-otoshi from Yukihikoyama. The aroma of barley straw is reassuring. The taste is rich and not limited to the original sake. The sweetness is endless as you roll it around.
