100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. The attack is salty and very rich. I shout. This is amazing, too much richness and umami. Then comes the complex yet gentle acidity of the sake's yeast yeast. It is mellow, but it is sure to lose out when paired with snacks. Slightly yellowish liquid and long, thin, clear legs.

Nada Chrysanthemum's export product. Made from 100% Hyogo-Yume-Nishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. Named in honor of the founder's brother, Kawaiishi Shuzonosuke, who was known as the "Father of French Judo". The limited edition of 1,725 bottles is half-heartedly made to coincide with the year of its establishment. It is easy to drink with a beautiful sweetness and plenty of richness, but it is not so rich that it is hard to drink in large gulps, so it is best to drink it in small gulps. It's a "other brewed sake," but it has melon in it! The concept of "melon shake for adults" using muskmelon from Osuna-Shirasato (Sakuma Farm) in Chiba and Koshihikari (rice), is a perverted sake 😆! Kouko recommended by bouken! I've only ever had Kouko in a Cheeba-kun cup 😅. So I'm going to try a proper (proper?) Kouko. Kouko, well, this gaseous feeling is indeed amazing! Is this how it's fired up? I'm sorry to hear that, but the other day's Kozutsuru was.... I don't want to put down my favorite brewery, but there you go! 😆😆 It's dry as it claims to be, but the refreshing acidity and the sweetness that comes in later are quite good.

My personal impression is "Wow, there is such a Bodhi ......". The spiciness with no acidity and full of flavor is a bit shocking. Recently, more and more breweries are using Bodai yeast.
