It is brewed with the famous water from "Mitarashi Pond" which springs in the precincts of Kashima Jingu Shrine. It is said that this sake is offered to Kashima Jingu Shrine. It is surprisingly strong, but it is a strange sake. I can't say for sure, though, since it's a cup of sake that's been sitting for a year and a half. The attack was mild and sweet. The top aroma is of plums. It has some thick legs. This is the 635th one-cup, one-pack festival.
