A drink called "Alcoholic Muskmelon" (Alcoholic Muskmelon). Translated as "drunken melon" (Shozora: drunken melon).
Polishing ratio: 80%, AL 13%, 15% muskmelon with pulp, doburoku🍶.
The bitter taste comes first in the mouth, but the bitterness is like eating a melon.
This is also a taste I've never experienced before!
It was not a sake that I would recommend!
