I had been wanting to drink it for a while and got a bottle of Nabeshima at a well-known sake store near Saga Station. I asked the owner what the difference was between Nabeshima Classic and Kitashizuku, and was told that Classic was dry and easy to drink, while Kitashizuku was more floral. When I asked him which was more Nabeshima-like, he recommended the Kitashizuku, and I chose the Kitashizuku to get the full flavor of Nabeshima. We opened the bottle with trepidation due to the warning against fizzing. My fears were unfounded. It was a chili type of slight fizzing, which was delicious.... The fruity sweetness was not too sticky, and the deliciousness of the rice spread across the palate, making it very elegant and gorgeous, just as the word of mouth had said. Even I, a dry sake drinker, could tell that it was delicious.

I don't remember much, but I remember it was peculiar and heavy. But a brand with a name I like.

Is Hourai's Aizan rare? I thought so, and then I bought it. I was a little nervous to drink it because it seemed to be the first time in my life to drink Aizan. The color is light amber, and the first thing I felt in my mouth was grape. It has a unique deep taste like red wine. The taste is mellow, like ripe fruit, but with the umami of rice. The mouthfeel is not as heavy as the color suggests, and it finishes at a standard level, so delicious that I could not stop drinking more. Is this the characteristic of Aizan rice? As the package says, this sake is a work of art, and you can see the seriousness of the master brewer. Ah, this is Aiyama.

. A drink at the inn where we stayed. With Awa beef. Super dry. Anyway, it is delicious. It has a crisp feeling like water flowing gently down a mountain stream. It has a sharpness that will wake you up. It is indeed a sake from Kochi. The rich flavor of the rice spread out, and I finished 2 gou of it in no time. I want to drink it again. I would like to know if there is a Junmai Daiginjo of Funaka Hachisaku. If anyone knows, please let me know.

We received a summer jungin from Kochi, famous for its adult ramune. I thought it would be low in alcohol since it is a summer sake, but it is Kochi, and it is a solid 16.5%. It passed down my throat refreshingly, just like summer, and I was able to gobble it down. Refreshingly light, with a sour taste and a short aftertaste, it is a sake that makes you feel summer. I want to drink it again.

Ah, this is Ehime's sake. You can feel the weight of the rich oak. Heavy and delicious, but somewhat difficult to drink. The aftertaste is long. One glass is enough for the sweet taste. In a word, it is a sake with a heavy koji aroma, and you can feel the bottom power of Ehime.

Ehime's local sake today. No spiciness. A robust, dark sake. It is a standard sake that does not linger. When you put it in your mouth, the simple taste of rice spreads all over, and the aroma passes through your nose. Definitely good even when heated.

The aroma is fruity and smells very nice. When you throw it into your mouth, the sake flavor spreads and pops freshly (it is not a fizzy sake). It is light and comfortable to drink, and you can have three glasses in a row. It is like a "Dekisugi-kun". I like this sake very much, following Kubota and Kuroryu. Can you find a better sake than this?

Obtain a limited edition of Senpuku sake. As the name "sweet" implies, it has a sweet taste, and when you swallow it, you will be surprised. No repeat.

It is clean and crisp. The umami of the rice passes smoothly over the tongue, and it is easy to drink and exudes elegance. It is easy to drink and has a graceful elegance. I like this sake very much.

A solid alcohol is felt. The rich sweetness that clings to the palate. It can only be described as rich. The aftertaste is also very strong. I would like to bring this sake to a celebration.
