A drink at the inn where we stayed. With Awa beef.
Super dry. Anyway, it is delicious.
It has a crisp feeling like water flowing gently down a mountain stream. It has a sharpness that will wake you up. It is indeed a sake from Kochi.
The rich flavor of the rice spread out, and I finished 2 gou of it in no time. I want to drink it again.
I would like to know if there is a Junmai Daiginjo of Funaka Hachisaku. If anyone knows, please let me know.
