Horai東条愛山 純米大吟醸
satocha
Is Hourai's Aizan rare? I thought so, and then I bought it. I was a little nervous to drink it because it seemed to be the first time in my life to drink Aizan. The color is light amber, and the first thing I felt in my mouth was grape. It has a unique deep taste like red wine. The taste is mellow, like ripe fruit, but with the umami of rice. The mouthfeel is not as heavy as the color suggests, and it finishes at a standard level, so delicious that I could not stop drinking more.
Is this the characteristic of Aizan rice?
As the package says, this sake is a work of art, and you can see the seriousness of the master brewer.
Ah, this is Aiyama.
