Haneya Omachi was delicious, so I bought another label this time. The only mention of the rice is "domestic rice", so the rice is unknown. Yamada Nishiki? Aiyama? Yamadanishiki or Aizan? The impression is that it is more refreshing than Yumachi. This is delicious in its own way, but I have the impression that Omachi is better. 3.9

Recently my favorite Isshaku Suisei I tried Yamada Nishiki. Yamada-Nishiki has a slightly strong acidity Aroma of kiwi, grapefruit, etc. →A nice sharp taste. The flavor comes out if you let it sit for a little longer than if you cool it down to a crisp. Fukurozuri was too delicious! I'm also interested in Omachi and Misato Nishiki.

Tasting at the sake brewery I drank several kinds of sake, but forgot to take pictures. Is Aizan rather spicy? Even though it's Aizan? I got the impression that it was a bit spicy. Junmai Ginjo (about 4500 yen)? Ginjo? was good, but too expensive, so I gave it up.

Suigoku (means "emerald") Not sure if it is due to the special junmai, but it seems refreshing Fruity and aroma is in the middle. Sake to be drunk chilled rather than chilled to a crisp When chilled, it goes from refreshing to umami to spicy. When the temperature drops a little, it becomes more umami → delicious → dry 3.25 More fruity than dry

The Phantom Sake Jyushiyo I was finally able to drink it! Fruity aroma, pineapple? The aroma is somewhat gorgeous, but it is not strong or thick, and gives the impression of a smooth aroma. There are other sakes with more gorgeous aroma, but this is a refined saké with a well-balanced freshness. It was like a young lady's sake. It was a limited edition in Yamagata Prefecture (I found out later).

Seduced. I want to drink the whole Kudokibe series. Umakuchi sweet? Junmai Ginjo It doesn't have the refreshing feeling of a ginjo, but it is sweet and mellow. It is better to drink it chilled than at room temperature rather than chilled to a crisp. Can be drunk without snacks. You will never get tired of it. It's great when you think about it. 4 Tohoku sake is really good! Tasted JR's Mamagami, it was amazing! Sake that is similar to hana-yoso Sake with a fruity flavor! I liked it so much that I will buy it later!
