Recently my favorite Isshaku Suisei
I tried Yamada Nishiki.
Yamada-Nishiki has a slightly strong acidity
Aroma of kiwi, grapefruit, etc.
→A nice sharp taste.
The flavor comes out if you let it sit for a little longer than if you cool it down to a crisp.
Fukurozuri was too delicious!
I'm also interested in Omachi and Misato Nishiki.
