Tasting at the sake brewery
I drank several kinds of sake, but forgot to take pictures.
Is Aizan rather spicy? Even though it's Aizan? I got the impression that it was a bit spicy.
Junmai Ginjo (about 4500 yen)? Ginjo? was good, but too expensive, so I gave it up.
