I thought it was a dry sake with a slight hiney feeling, a slight sweetness of rice, and a mild aroma and sharpness. I thought it was best served hot.

It is a sparkling sake made from junmai sake. It is not very sweet, and the taste of rice can be clearly recognized. If you drink it thinking it is a sparkling sake like Suzuneya Mio, it will be hard to drink at all.

I don't remember where I bought it, so I checked Hasegawa Sake Shop online, but not there either.
It was a Junmai Daiginjo from Kakuguchi Sake Brewery in Nagano, Japan, which was named after curling and "Ittou" (one throw) in connection with the Winter Olympics.
It was delicious! I can only record that the sake was delicious, but I guess it was better than I had expected it to be.
After that, I never saw it at any liquor store or online.
It was a once-in-a-lifetime sake.
