間宮暦
I tried Junmai Ginjo and Hana-Kyun in that order, and this month's third category, "Mimuro Sugi".
Although I'm still looking for a new brand to try, I seem to have become a fan.
It's a little more expensive than the previous two, at 2,200 yen for a 4-gallon bottle.
Compared to the gorgeousness and excitement of the Junmai Ginjo, Hana-Kyun, it seems to have a slightly weaker impact on the palate, but it's the one that feels solid and heavy.
The Junmai Daiginjo is the one I would like to recommend to my acquaintances, but the Junmai Daiginjo is the one I would like to keep in touch with for a long time.
