At "Fukuhana" in Akishima City
This was my first time to drink Kumamoto's local sake. I took a sip and drank it while savoring it. It was a modest but tasty sake with a thickening taste.
Drinking alone at home. I tasted it at room temperature and lukewarm, but I prefer it lukewarm. I prefer it lukewarm. I think this sake goes perfectly with strong flavored entrées.

I drank Kagawa "Kawatsuru" for the first time. It is a simple, light sake. It went perfectly with oysters with butter ponzu.
This is my first time drinking Oita sake. I tasted it both at room temperature and lukewarm. It has a rather light flavor, but it is very easy to drink and I enjoyed it very much.
At "Japanese Cuisine Takayama" in Akishima, Tokyo. For the first time in a long time
I drank "Nabeshima" and enjoyed its softness with a delicious flavor.
I bought this sake because I remembered seeing it posted on Sake-no-wa. I liked the name, but perhaps it was my imagination, but I could taste the barrel flavor and I really liked it. I tasted it both at room temperature and warmed (lukewarm), and both were OK.

This was the first time I had Tokushima Prefecture's local sake.
It was a slightly mellow and slightly sweet sake.
Hi batabasan😃
15 years of laying down in the central part of the world is awesome 😳.
I envy you to be able to drink this precious sake!
I am also interested in the taste of O with Miso Nishiki!
Satou-san,
Thank you for your message. This sake was actually served to me as a special treat at a nearby izakaya that I always patronize. I still remember the taste of this sake!
I first had this dish five years ago at an izakaya in Sendai, and it has been a long time since I last had it. It was delicious, with a refreshing taste and a roundness to it.
