I heard it's called Ura-Roman! This is because the label only lists "Roman", but the letters are mirrors, so it's called Uraroman. And it's gentle, sweet, and delicious!

This is a special sake made by 16 breweries in Toyama who are having trouble with the effects of Corona. It is said to have a light sweet taste, but I didn't really get that impression. It's not bad.

This is my favorite sake of all time. Dantsu No.1! Gentle sweetness, easy drinking throat. Outstanding in every way! Long live Eikoh!

I think I'm right in the middle with today's Fukuoka Prefecture drinking set. The Kanzansui was the best, but it's also rather light and gently dry, so I don't mind it!
