It was about 6 months ago, so I have a hazy memory, but I had a few drinks and I'm posting them 🫡.
I had a bottle of Eikun's Ichigin!
It had a rich sweetness and a good dryness, just like a Japanese sake! It was just like a Japanese sake!
We had yakitori with our entrée!
