This is a special sake made by 16 breweries in Toyama who are having trouble with the effects of Corona. It is said to have a light sweet taste, but I didn't really get that impression. It's not bad.
I like the special junmai sake of Tasake to begin with, but when it comes to pure daiginjo, the taste is as pure as it gets, and it's wonderful!
