IngenA fresh, slightly dry Junmai Ginjyo Namaizu. My first sake from Ibaraki Prefecture! IngenAs expected from Eikun! The bottle is stylish and the taste does not disappoint! bonchiAlmost colorless and transparent. Fruity aroma reminiscent of grapes and a grain-like savory note. The intensity of the aroma is medium. The mouthfeel is sweet and slightly spicy. The mouthfeel is slightly rich and umami. It is a fragrant and mellow sake. bonchiAlmost colorless and transparent. The aroma is reminiscent of grain. Weak aroma. Mildly bitter on the palate. Well-balanced taste with acidity and astringency. It has a sharp and short aftertaste. Refreshing sake. bonchiTransparent with a slight yellowish tinge. The aroma is reminiscent of freshly ground flour. The aroma is so weak that it does not stand up. Smooth mouthfeel. Short aftertaste. Refreshing sake. IngenIt seems to be a very rare sake from Hokkaido. I'm very happy that the restaurant bought me a bottle, but I guess it's the opposite of what I like... IngenI heard it's called Ura-Roman! This is because the label only lists "Roman", but the letters are mirrors, so it's called Uraroman.
And it's gentle, sweet, and delicious! nabeHello.
Thank you for the compliment on my hometown drink! IngenThis is a special sake made by 16 breweries in Toyama who are having trouble with the effects of Corona. It is said to have a light sweet taste, but I didn't really get that impression. It's not bad. IngenThis is the third in a set of three drinks. It's a little thicker, but also a little sweeter, so it's delicious! IngenThis is the second in a set of three wines to compare. It's the driest of the three, so I'm not so sure. Not my favorite. IngenThis is the first of a set of three drinks. It was quite light and had a moderate sweetness. I think it was the easiest to drink. IngenI like the special junmai sake of Tasake to begin with, but when it comes to pure daiginjo, the taste is as pure as it gets, and it's wonderful!
Long live Akita! IngenDelicious! It's just so unquestionably delicious! It's not amazingly good, but I totally love it! IngenThis is it! So light, just the right balance of sweet and spicy! Delicious! IngenAll well balanced Junmai Ginjo! IngenIt's light and quite sweet. I ordered it because I thought that's what I like, but I still think it's a little lacking. It's good, though! IngenI asked the master of the restaurant for a pale, sweet sake, and this was served.
It was a true testament to this. It was so good! IngenAs the label says, it's quite dry. I guess it's not quite what I'm looking for. IngenThis is soooooo good! It's a fair price, but a big favorite! I need another drink! IngenIt's pretty thick, but has a nice balance of sweet and spicy flavors. Not bad! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
