Tenryo Shuzo's sparkling sake "Sumasma".
It was sweet and highly carbonated, like a juice.
It didn't really feel like sake...
I should have tried it with frozen fruit since it said it tasted good with it.
The aroma is gorgeous! But it is not too sweet, and is quite refreshing, making it a perfect summer sake.
I think you can feel the sweetness more when it is well chilled.
It has a strong peculiar taste! This was my first time drinking Yamahai-brewed sake, and I was surprised at how peculiar it was.
However, it was not so strong that I could not drink it, and although it had some peculiarities, it also had sweetness, so I could drink it.
Although it is described as dry, it is very easy to drink as you can taste the sweetness. It is not too strong, so even those who do not like dry wine can enjoy it.
It is only wine yeast and has a strong acidity.
Also, if you drink it thinking it is sake, you will feel 🤔? I can't describe it, but it was a strange taste. I can't describe it, but it was a strange taste.

After I let it sit for a while and drank it, it became easier to drink with less acidity.
This sake was drunk on the same day as the Hanayo. This sake also has a nice aroma, though not as strong as the Hanahiyoke, and is fruity and sweet, with a touch of sizzling carbonation. The owner told us that it has a clean aftertaste and goes well with sashimi.
