Sweet...just plain sweet.
Not a single thing about it is off-putting in its sweet sake-like gentleness.
But the flavor and depth of the sake is unmistakably sake...delicious!
I want to give it to someone who says, "I can't drink sake," and harvest the scales from their eyes!
Fermented in cedar so less overt woodsiness as other tarusake but very integrated into the whole. On the sweeter side but a bit more structure than a springtime one.

Sweet. Like brandy? ...No?
I saw a comment that it was a dessert wine, but that might be more appropriate.
The light pink bottle is cute.

This is another sweet ginjo sake that I got for my birthday. It has the aroma of cooked plump rice, but still retains a sweet aroma. The finish is more rice-flavored than fruity, but also has a gorgeous sweetness. As you can see, this sake has a softness like a flower!
