We started 2023 with Tasake.
I had already decided last year how "sake" it would be to go with the tuna, but it was still delicious!

I've never been disappointed with AKABU, but this one is outstanding.
Everything is moderately adjusted, including the mouthpiece, so it is easy to drink, so be careful not to drink too much, even if it is only a few degrees.

It is low in alcohol content and does not have a strong ginjo aroma, but it is a clear, refreshing, and crisp sake.
Tonight, I paired it with grilled nanjikotsu, tuna, and other meat and fish, and it was a wonder that it seemed to go well with each.
