I don't usually drink on weekdays, but I found this at a local drugstore and was curious.
It is said to be a blend of wine yeast and sake yeast, so it has a clean taste with the astringency and eginess of wine removed.
It tastes and smells like wine, but it is delicious.
It is 8 degrees C. The 500ml bottle is perfect for a small sip or an evening drink.
In my opinion, it can be used as a regular sake.
