It is low in alcohol content and does not have a strong ginjo aroma, but it is a clear, refreshing, and crisp sake.
Tonight, I paired it with grilled nanjikotsu, tuna, and other meat and fish, and it was a wonder that it seemed to go well with each.
I think that after a few days, the flavor will probably change again and we will be able to enjoy it again.
The name "Ruka" also makes me giggle. I listened to the sad, cruel, but powerful song "Ruka" with clenched fists. I am of that age (laughs).
