I forgot to post this, but Hououmida's Strawberry. It's a so-called dessert sake made with Tochiotomi strawberries from Tochigi.
Sweet and fresh, it was quite delicious.

Slightly effervescent and refreshing. It has a light mouthfeel with a slight sake aftertaste. I paired it with sashimi, and it was quite a good marriage.

I drank this a long time ago, but forgot to post it.
It was a refreshing sake with a light spring-like mouthfeel.
I think this is my favorite sake in Sentori's seasonal series, next to Kabutomushi.

There was a rare sake from Saitama, Huayouyu, unfiltered raw sake, so I ordered it without hesitation. It has a fruity taste and aroma reminiscent of pineapple, and is easy to drink.
I was happy to be able to drink this rare and precious sake.

As expected of Jyushidai, it has a delicious flavor and richness, and its aroma is refreshing and easy to drink. It is delicious on its own, and on this day we enjoyed it with seafood dishes, especially raw oysters and sashimi.

When I think of Niigata sake, I have an image of traditional sake like Koshino Kanbai or Hakkaisan, but this was quite a modern taste. It has a nice aroma and is very easy to drink. We served it with sashimi, and it was delicious.
