Imi 131st Anniversary Unfiltered Nama Sake I won the lottery sale for the first time. The 130th anniversary had passed before I realized it. 131st anniversary? I thought it was a very cute episode. The sake was rich, with a very good balance of acidity, sweetness, and umami, and a lingering finish as a beautiful aroma.

It is light and fresh, yet gentle. The sweetness, acidity, and umami are moderate, but it is not light, and it is really delicious. The slight gassy sensation when the bottle is just opened is irresistible. I was surprised that it was fire-brewed. I was tempted to drink it all at once, but I held back and let it sit for a while to enjoy the changes. It is a very good food sake.

A very tasty sake with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. It is light and crisp, perfect as a food sake! We had it with aqua pazza! It seems to go well with sauteed fish and chicken. Carpaccio might be better than sashimi. We enjoyed it very much. Personally, I like it better than Five.

Daimine: Summer's coming The mermaid label is cute! My first sip was of American cherries. My wife said it tasted like green apple or cider. The acidity and sweetness are well balanced. The aftertaste is light. A hint of alcohol at the end. Dangerous sake that you can't stop drinking! I would recommend it to those who are not familiar with sake. Scallops, white fish meuniere, etc. Seems to go well with dishes that go well with white wine. We are already looking forward to the coming of winter ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡.

I was curious about this because I had received it at a restaurant and enjoyed it so much! I bought two bottles, one to drink right away and one to let it sit for a while. Immediately after opening the bottle on 5/15 Less aromatic, darker than the sake I usually drink. Maybe a little more robust. The alcohol was strong, but there was a good acidity and it was easier to drink than I expected. It has a nice sharpness and I like it a lot! I think it will taste even better if you drink it about 3 days later! It tasted good enough as it is, but if you want to drink it on the rocks, use a little less ice. I think it is a good sake that goes well with all kinds of food. Compared to the Tamagawa untouched sake, this one has less sweetness. It was very easy to drink with a sharp taste. This is dangerous. This was my first time to buy sake from Kinoshita Sake Brewery, and I think I might like it a lot! I would love to meet the cat manager, Mya-san, so I would love to visit the sake brewery's store! 5/17 2 days in the middle The acidity has increased and the tanginess of the alcohol is gone! It's more refreshing than rounded. There is still a slight fizziness. It was even more delicious as a food sake. Seems to go well with Western food. It seems to go well with fried food.

While I purchased the ice breaker. I also purchased Tamagawa, which I was curious about. Less aroma, in a good way. It has a moderate sweetness and a long aftertaste, and the umami flavor comes up later. The alcohol is strong and the kick is pleasant 😊. I think it will settle down nicely if I let it sit for a while. Very delicious!

A light, light and sharp food sake. Before drinking, the aroma was sweet like vanilla, but after taking a sip, the impression completely changed. It is light, with moderate sweetness, strong acidity, and a clean aftertaste. The aftertaste is refreshing, and the aroma is not too strong. It is a sake that leaves a lasting impression and does not tire the drinker. It goes well with tomato-based dishes. It is a sake that can be served with both Western and Japanese food.

It felt very gassy and when I peeled off the aluminum crown head, poof! and the cork flew out with a bang 😅Oh wow! Not too sweet, but pleasantly schwashy. The aroma is nice but not peculiar, just right. I also liked the aftertaste. I thought it tasted better than the Hakuten, was it because it was freshly opened? I would like to compare it with the black one.

It was light, aromatic and delicious. It has just the right amount of acidity for my taste. A gorgeous sake. The freshly-opened, shwashy sensation is good. It goes well with well-seasoned dishes rather than light dishes. I am looking forward to drinking it tomorrow and after.

It's closer to the classics than anything else I've had. It was refreshing and easy to drink. Just the right amount of sweetness that doesn't interfere with the food.

It has a melon-like sweetness and aroma with a refreshing muscat-like taste that escapes from the nose after drinking. It is sweet, but not too strong. This was especially delicious. I want to drink it again. Expectations for Koryu's Drooping Mouth are rising!
