YYIt was light, aromatic and delicious.
It has just the right amount of acidity for my taste. A gorgeous sake.
The freshly-opened, shwashy sensation is good.
It goes well with well-seasoned dishes rather than light dishes.
I am looking forward to drinking it tomorrow and after.
