YYA very tasty sake with a good balance of sweetness and acidity.
It is light and crisp, perfect as a food sake!
We had it with aqua pazza!
It seems to go well with sauteed fish and chicken.
Carpaccio might be better than sashimi.
We enjoyed it very much.
Personally, I like it better than Five.
