I also purchased Tamagawa, which I was curious about.
Less aroma, in a good way.
It has a moderate sweetness and a long aftertaste, and the umami flavor comes up later.
The alcohol is strong and the kick is pleasant 😊.
I think it will settle down nicely if I let it sit for a while.
