There was a sizzling sound when the bottle was opened. The top aroma is sweet, fruity, and brown sugar-like. When you drink it, it has a slightly carbonated feeling, sweet and spicy, with a sour taste, and a pleasant bitterness that is refreshing. It has a slightly dark and bitter taste. The nose is fruity and slightly cocoa. As the description on the back says, spicy is the right word. Spicy chocolate? It looks good both on its own and during a meal. It goes well with chilled tofu, sashimi of tuna, and okra with soy sauce. Similar to something from Yamori, Shinshu Kamerei, or Kuroemon? I enjoy Haneya no matter what I drink. The label is beautiful.
