The top aroma is strong and fruity. When you drink it, it is a little sweet, slightly acidic, and has a pleasant bitterness that gives it a clear and crisp image. The aftertaste tastes of roses. It is mysterious and delicious. The aroma is fruity. It is good both on its own and during a meal. It went well with homemade deep-fried tofu and bonito tataki. I would like to try other Dewazakura as well.
