Here is the commemorative 100 check-in. Gorgeous standing aroma, elegant, honeyed sweetness, and a long, slightly bitter finish. Excellent togetherness, delicious.
Thanks for your comments, Jay & Nobby 😀.
Sorry for the late reply.
We were thinking of sake from outside of the prefecture this year. Speaking of Tochigi, Senkou and Houou Mita! I hope to drink them soon 😁.
I thought I would smell alcohol since it is a honjozo, but unexpectedly, a fruity pear-like aroma, a crisp dry taste emerges from the moderate sweetness, and it is refreshing. It is also good.
Fruity, with a slight woody aroma, clear acidity and sweetness, and a natural mouthfeel, it is still delicious. I would like to try it again right after opening!
Posting this series for a while. How does water and philosophy change things? I'm afraid I can't tell the difference in taste. First of all, it has a mild, apple and pear-like aroma, and a dry, mellow taste that fully brings out the flavor of the rice.
Slightly fruity aroma with a flowery flavor, sweetness of rice and delicious acidity, clear sharpness, bitter with a hint of wild vegetables, and a lingering taste. Delicious!
The aroma peculiar to rice and the sake yeast, the full-bodied rice flavor is deep, the clear acidity is sharp, and while heating up is good, it is hard to discard at room temperature.
Soft, fruity aroma, juicy sweetness that gradually swells, combined with light acidity, raw freshness, and a clean, crisp taste--delicious! It slurps and slurps.
Violet and slightly fruity aromas mingle with the natural flavor of the rice and a touch of acidity that fills the mouth with a gentle touch, mmmm delicious!
It also has a fresh aroma of apple with a hint of melon, a sharp sharpness from the elegant sweetness, and a bitterness like when you eat wild vegetables. The gentle touch of the ogara-mi is also good. Spring is coming soon.
The fruity aroma and refreshing acidity make it easy to drink. The sweet and umami taste leads to a grapefruit-like bitterness, which is easy to drink because of its lightness.
Third in the Dry series. Harushika. Fruity aroma, more refreshing than Chiyomusubi and Kohime. Although it was described as super dry, for me it was very easy to drink with a pleasant taste. It is also delicious. I felt that Kouhime was drier than Chiyomusubi, perhaps due to its acidity.
