The fresh ginjo aroma when the bottle is opened shows great promise.
Very tasty with a good balance of acidity and umami.
A great choice for an inexpensive everyday evening drink.
Rating: B-.
The sweetness is quite moderate, so it is good as a food wine.
It is not overpowered by strong flavored food.
A good enough buy considering the price.

You can tell it was carefully crafted.
You can fully enjoy the taste of the sake.
It is delicious cold, but the characteristics of the sake can be better appreciated when it is warmed up.
Best served with sashimi or tempura.

The taste has mellowed after two years in the fridge.
The taste is wonderful, with just the right balance of richness and flavorfulness of the original sake.
I really wanted to let it sit longer, but I couldn't resist and opened the bottle.
Kikusui Junmai Ginjo-shu - Prayer Sake for Health and Longevity
Rating: C+
The emphasis is on the rice flavor. Not fruity.
The dryness stands out when served cold. Slightly drier and more aromatic when heated.
Rating: B
At best, it is light, slightly dry, delicate, and easy to drink without any peculiarities. In other words, it tastes light with little rice flavor.
It tastes exactly the opposite of cheap sake, so if you are not a fan of cheap sake, this may be a good introductory sake for you.

Although we were told that this sake is best served hot, it tastes better warmed.
It is a good food sake, and goes well with sakiika.
Next time I'll try it with yakitori (sauce).
Rating B
This sake is quite tasty when heated.
Very inexpensive, so you can't go wrong with this as your everyday wintertime sake.
I'm sure I'll be repeating this many times this winter.
Rating: A
The aroma and flavor of the rice is pleasant.
It is very elegant and carefully crafted.
It can be enjoyed on its own without any accompaniments, but it is also a good mid-meal sake with a nice sharpness.
