I had Suginamiki at a hotel dinner in Nasu and it was delicious, so I went to Tsukii Sake Shop, a local sake brewery in Tochigi.
However, they were out of Suginamiki (T . T). T)
Instead, the owner recommended SG, which is made from non-standard rice and is reasonably priced but tastes very good.
It was so delicious, I couldn't believe it was priced at 1,320 yen.
It has a nice aroma in the mouth and the taste is crisp and dry.
I had it with chikuzen-ni (stewed and simmered chicken and vegetables) and it went very well with it.
I am glad I bought the owner's recommendation.
Thank you very much.
Sake from Tochigi is the best 😀.
Good evening, Tyrol Chocolate 😃.
Oh, I see you're in Nasu again! I see you're in Nasu again 🤗 cool figure 😍I've seen it but haven't had it 😅I suddenly want to drink it after your review here!
Love Tochigi 🥰.
Good evening Jay & Nobby, I finally opened a bottle of this that I purchased when I was in Nasu in June. Sorry for the confusing post, I quite like SG. But next time I want to bring back Suginamiki, Shigeki and Nanamizu too: ☺️
Tanaka Rokugo 15th Anniversary 1st Shiraito ✖️ produced in June
This is a collaboration product with Hananaka Shuzo.
It is crisp, dry, and easy to drink with a gaseous taste in the mouth.
They are planning to collaborate with various sake brewers until the 7th anniversary.
The second product is Toyo Bijin (July).
The third one is Wakanami (August)
I wonder when they will be available at the store,
I don't think I will be able to drink all of them, but I hope I can.
I like junmai sake, so even though it is a kuroryu, I am often a little uncomfortable with daiginjos.
When I sipped it with a sense of excitement, I felt the mellowness of junmai sake and the sweetness of rice.
But it was still dry and did not interfere with the meal.
When poured into a glass, it is effervescent.
It has a gaseous and sweet taste, but the aftertaste is clean and easy to drink.
The local produce is delicious after all 😋.
Iinuma Meizo's appearance of Suginamiki, which we drank in Nasu.
This time it was a sake made with Yumesasara.
It is fruity and has a soft aroma when you drink it, but it ends up being refreshing and delicious.
It is delicious no matter what you have at Sagata.
Yes, it is my favorite sake.
There is a gibier restaurant called Onoda in Shimofusa-Nakayama, Chiba Prefecture, and I first had a sake called "Kemonogata" as a collaboration product.
It was so delicious that I became a fan ^_^.
This sake was introduced at Sake no Wa.
The label is very nice and feels like summer 🌻 Sunflowers.
I was very curious about it and when I went to the store, I found it there. I want to drink this ❣️ and decided immediately.
It's very tasty.
It's refreshing and makes you want to drink it even on a hot summer day.
It was my first time to drink this sake, but I would like to drink more sake from Hagino Shuzo ❣️ in the future ^_^.
I went to my favorite restaurant and the proprietress told me that there was a hana-yoku today ❣️
Oh my gosh!
I had it right away.
Oh ❣️ you can't go wrong with any of the sakes, they were delicious 😋.
I compared drinks at my favorite restaurant -.
The Hiragana series never fails me 🩷.
The taste is similar but different.
But both have the sweetness of rice, but the sweetness doesn't linger, and they are very easy to drink and delicious 😋.
I went on a solo trip to Nasu in search of healing.
I discovered Iinuma Meizo's sake at dinner at the hotel.
I had drunk the figure before, but this was my first time to try Suginamiki.
It is a yellowish sake.
The aroma is of sweet koji malt, typical of junmai sake.
The taste is crisp and dry.
It goes well with meals.
Good evening, Mr. Chiroruco!
Nasu alone trip for healing 🚃💨.
Are you healed well🍀!
I've never seen this sake before, but it's from the same brewery that makes the figure 😲.
Dry sake and sashimi seem to go together perfectly 🤤.
Thank you for your comment 😊
I was healed well...
The food at the hotel was a course, but it all went together nicely.
Iinuma brewery's sake is delicious 😋.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby.
It's a beautiful crisp morning in Nasu: ☀️
I see you live in Tochigi.
I bought Nanamizu at Yodogawa Sake Shop when I was in Utsunomiya on business before and it was delicious.
I will keep looking for sake from Tochigi.
Melon aroma, even stronger on the palate.
It is dry and refreshing at the end of drinking.
It is easy to drink more than half of the four-pack before you know it.
It is so delicious that you can't help but drink too much of it.
When the bottle is opened, there is a sizzling sound of gas escaping.
It is thick in the mouth and has a slight gassy feeling on the tongue.
It has a fruity aroma and is very tasty.
