It tastes like plum wine because of the plum yeast.
It has a strong sour taste and is recommended to drink by itself.
Or it can be paired with sweet ingredients and sweetness.

This year, we have a lot of sake.
First of all, I'll start with Kuraku.
No aroma.
It has a sweetness and a gaseous feeling in the mouth.
It's fruity and crisp at the end.
It's sweet, so at first I thought it wouldn't go well with food, but the crispness at the end can be taken as a dry taste, so it's good with osechi stew. ‼️

I decided to end New Year's Eve with a Chiba sake in support of my hometown.
Apple-like aroma.

I wanted to buy Osaru no George but they were sold out🥹.
I tasted it and it was delicious, so I bought this one.
It has a sweet aroma and when you drink it, you can taste the sweetness and there is a slight bitterness but it is very easy to drink.
The aftertaste is crisp and dry.

This sake was given to us as a product of a rock-paper-scissors-paper tournament of a sake association.
It is a 60% rice polishing ratio Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture.
I had an image of Omachi as a sweet sake, but I was wrong.

I stopped by Saseki in Iwase and ordered a 30-minute all-you-can-drink 2,000-yen drink special. It was the first sake I drank.
It is very easy to drink and delicious.
It can be enjoyed by itself or with dried firefly squid for a different taste.
I bought it at a nearby liquor store for home use.
