I like junmai sake, so even though it is a kuroryu, I am often a little uncomfortable with daiginjos. When I sipped it with a sense of excitement, I felt the mellowness of junmai sake and the sweetness of rice. But it was still dry and did not interfere with the meal.

Yes, it is my favorite sake. There is a gibier restaurant called Onoda in Shimofusa-Nakayama, Chiba Prefecture, and I first had a sake called "Kemonogata" as a collaboration product. It was so delicious that I became a fan ^_^.

This sake was introduced at Sake no Wa. The label is very nice and feels like summer 🌻 Sunflowers. I was very curious about it and when I went to the store, I found it there. I want to drink this ❣️ and decided immediately. It's very tasty. It's refreshing and makes you want to drink it even on a hot summer day. It was my first time to drink this sake, but I would like to drink more sake from Hagino Shuzo ❣️ in the future ^_^.

I went to my favorite restaurant and the proprietress told me that there was a hana-yoku today ❣️ Oh my gosh! I had it right away. Oh ❣️ you can't go wrong with any of the sakes, they were delicious 😋.

I compared drinks at my favorite restaurant -. The Hiragana series never fails me 🩷. The taste is similar but different. But both have the sweetness of rice, but the sweetness doesn't linger, and they are very easy to drink and delicious 😋.

I went on a solo trip to Nasu in search of healing. I discovered Iinuma Meizo's sake at dinner at the hotel. I had drunk the figure before, but this was my first time to try Suginamiki. It is a yellowish sake. The aroma is of sweet koji malt, typical of junmai sake. The taste is crisp and dry. It goes well with meals.

Day 1, gassy. It is refreshing and goes down the throat well. It has the sweetness of rice and refreshing acidity characteristic of junmai sake. The 2nd day. The gaseous sensation is gone, and the taste is thick and smooth. It has a sweet taste in the mouth and then becomes dry overall. A slight bitterness can be felt at the back of the throat.
