I happened to get a bottle of sake that was not available to the general public.
It is quite sweet.
There is a slight tingling sensation underneath, and a bit of bitterness lingers at the end.
The alcohol has a strong impact, so it should be enjoyed on its own or with a strong-flavored snack.
I had it with cheddar cheese.
It is a sake that may be liked or disliked by some, but I like it.
