Dry sparkling. When poured into a glass, it is highly carbonated and almost overflowing. And when the bubbles disappear, there is a slight ooze. The mouthfeel is refreshing. It goes down the back of the throat smoothly. It is so easy to drink that you might end up drinking too much.

Day 1, gassy. It is refreshing and goes down the throat well. It has the sweetness of rice and refreshing acidity characteristic of junmai sake. The 2nd day. The gaseous sensation is gone, and the taste is thick and smooth. It has a sweet taste in the mouth and then becomes dry overall. A slight bitterness can be felt at the back of the throat.

New Year's party at my parents' house every time. This year, we have a lot of sake. First of all, I'll start with Kuraku. No aroma. It has a sweetness and a gaseous feeling in the mouth. It's fruity and crisp at the end. It's sweet, so at first I thought it wouldn't go well with food, but the crispness at the end can be taken as a dry taste, so it's good with osechi stew. ‼️

I was at the Hokuriku products exhibition and Tanabe Sake Brewery was there. I wanted to buy Osaru no George but they were sold out🥹. I tasted it and it was delicious, so I bought this one. It has a sweet aroma and when you drink it, you can taste the sweetness and there is a slight bitterness but it is very easy to drink. The aftertaste is crisp and dry.

This sake was given to us as a product of a rock-paper-scissors-paper tournament of a sake association. It is a 60% rice polishing ratio Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture. I had an image of Omachi as a sweet sake, but I was wrong. It has a slightly thick and dry taste on the palate. It has a sour taste that goes down the throat. There is also a bitter aftertaste, which is interesting. It is a sake that can be liked or disliked.

It is a limited edition autumn sake. The ginkgo pattern is very cute. The aroma spreads softly in the mouth. It has a full flavor typical of junmai sake. The aftertaste is refreshing and very easy to drink. Yesterday, we enjoyed it with the autumn delicacy, saury stewed in ume plum. I am looking forward to drinking the rest of the bottles with it.
